IBEW endorses Paulette Jordan. The Jordan for Governor campaign has announced the Electrical Workers Local 77 (IBEW) Political Action Committee has endorsed Paulette Jordan for governor of Idaho.

β€œThe endorsement acknowledges your interests in issues affecting workers and your commitment to addressing the needs of all hard-working men and women,” wrote Rick Johnson, president of Local Union No. 77.

IBEW Local 77 was granted a charter on Aug. 28, 1897. It is one of the largest electrical workers local unions in the country, representing more than 7,000 working men and women throughout the State of Washington, parts of Idaho, and Montana. IBEW Local has offices in Boise, Twin Falls and Pocatello, as well as Seattle and Spokane. Its membership represents a variety of classifications within the electrical industry, including journeyman linemen, journeyman metermen, journeyman cablesplicers, power dispatchers, customer service representatives, call center responders, protection relay system operators, journeyman substation wiremen, and journeyman hydro operators to name a few.

AG Wasden and Superintendent Ybarra endorse Janice McGeachin for LG. Attorney General Lawrence Wasden and Superintendent of Public Instruction Sherri Ybarra have endorsed Janice McGeachin for Idaho lieutenant governor.

"Janice has long been committed to the people of Idaho and will work to better communication among all branches of government," said Wasden, Idaho's longest-serving attorney general.

"Janice McGeachin understands the skills our children, and people of all ages, acquire through education are a fundamental requirement for building a pathway to a brighter economic future for all Idahoans," said Ybarra.
